Opened bag with a quality issue (too much dust, no clumping, odor, damaged bag): no need to send it back. Send us a photo of the bag and we replace it or refund what you paid.
Unopened bag: can be returned within 30 days. We cover the pickup and refund the full amount.
Fast response: claim number within 24 h and resolution within 72 business hours.

Valid for purchases of Stonecat products in Argentina. This guarantee is in addition to your consumer rights under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240.
